Saudi Arabia stocks higher at close of trade; Tadawul All Share up 0.31%

Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Financial Services, Insurance and Media & Publishing sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share rose 0.31%.

The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi National Bank (TADAWUL:1180), which rose 5.76% or 1.90 points to trade at 34.90 at the close. Meanwhile, The Mediterranean&Gulf Insurance Co (TADAWUL:8030) added 4.98% or 1.30 points to end at 27.40 and Anaam International Holding Group (TADAWUL:4061) was up 4.59% or 0.05 points to 1.14 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were The National Co for Glass Industrie (TADAWUL:2150), which fell 4.31% or 1.85 points to trade at 41.05 at the close. AL-BABTAIN POWER &TELECOM CO (TADAWUL:2320) declined 3.77% or 1.45 points to end at 37.05 and Saudi Pharmaceutical Appliances (TADAWUL:2070) was down 3.59% or 1.20 points to 32.20.

Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 152 to 126 and 25 ended unchanged.

Shares in The National Co for Glass Industrie (TADAWUL:2150) fell to all time highs; down 4.31% or 1.85 to 41.05.

Crude oil for July delivery was up 0.66% or 0.53 to $80.36 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August rose 0.63% or 0.53 to hit $84.47 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.59% or 13.80 to trade at $2,342.70 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was down 0.13% to 4.07, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.08% at 104.63.
